Movement outdoors

I struggle to get movement outdoors but I always find I feel better when I do. I have a previous knee injury that makes outdoor activity difficult. I’m nervous about slipping on ice or snow. In the summer there’s usually a narrow window when it’s cool enough outside. So spring and fall are always my favourite time to be outdoors.

So, my goal this spring and summer is to get my habit established for movement and make sure some of it is outdoors.
